These are the team swaps I made for the Bloomin' Buds that went to Telford at the weekend.
They are a smaller version of something our lovely upline Jenny made earlier in the year.
I saw the little reminder pads in The Range a while ago and knew they were similar to some Stampin' Up! colours so I've covered some thick cardboard with Pool Party, Rich Razzleberry and Blushing Bride card to suit.
The stamp set used Butterfly Basics with an added Papillon Potpourri and Flower Shop (with matching punches!).
The clip has a magnet on the bike so they make a super present too.

Team Swaps
We had another lovely Bloomin' Buds meeting this week. Each month we are taking a card to swap with everyone else that goes, this was my card this month:
I chose the scrummy Blackberry Bliss for my card this time.
I've used Something Lacy for the background, sadly this stamp is only available until 2nd June, I love it.
I then cut some 1.5" squares and used the corner rounder punch on just 2 corners which gives a nice effect.
I sponged some ink round these 'squares' and added them to the card with dimensionals.
I've then stamped and punched some butterflies from Papillon Potpourri and the matching punches.
Happy Birthday from Teeny Tiny Sentiments and punched with Word Window and layered on Modern Label.
Ink prices are going up from 2nd June so if you've got a wish list and want to beat the increase let me know - some of our trusty consumables also have some increases if you want to add buffer to your stash. There are some reductions though and, of course, lots of new things we need!!!

Butterflies are back!
Hooray - the butterfly thinlits are back in stock if they are on anyones wish list.
It's sometimes difficult to remember all the lovely stuff we have during this period when we are about to get a peek at the new catalogue!!!
This is a scrapbook page designed by Jenny that we made on our retreat back in March and which uses the Butterfly Basics set and matching thinlits that we haven't been able to buy for quite a few weeks now.
It's such a gorgeous page isn't it?
All the stamps are in the Butterfly Basics set and we used the colours Lost Lagoon, Blackberry Bliss, Hello Honey and Old Olive for the main details.
I did this page very late at night/early in the morning so I could finish it!!
The 'DAY' letters come from the Metro Type Alphabet set and the 'HAPPY' came from the set So You I think.
There was a bit of fussy cutting of the flowers, particularly on the top image but it was worth it.
Don't forget the current catalogue finishes on 2nd June and some items have sold out already if they are on the retired list. The seasonal catalogue finishes on the same day so make sure you have everything you 'need' before we start again!

Last chance
My last order for Sale-a-bration will be going in tomorrow - have you got everything you want?!!
Do you NEED any of the goodies available on Weekly Deals this week?
Let me know if you do.
To continue with my recent trip away we are still on the first evening and after the lovely little set of cards I shared in my previous post we then made a lovely little album.
Using the A Happy Hooray stamp set for the front and the Back to Black paper again and a touch of sparkle it makes for a lovely gift if you can bear to part with it!
Our final set project of the first night was 3 teeny cards with matching envelopes that sit in a gift bag.
Using the Spring Flowers embossing folder for the bag and the Painted Petals stamp set for the stamping it makes another great little set.
Colours used are Crumb Cake and Pool Party.
So much inspiration and we've barely started!

A spot of grunge
About time I started to share some more cards made with these lovely Stampin' Up products.
Today's uses a favourite set of mine - 'Gorgeous Grunge'. It's so versatile.
At Bloomin' Buds today we all took a 'shoebox', effectively a card we had made with the kit for everyone else to make the same so we came away with several new cards.
This card (even the colour scheme) came from spaggysstampingworld, I'll try it in other colours another day, it's surprising how a colour change makes a card look completely different.
Supplies used:
Stamps: Gorgeous Grunge & Teeny Tiny Sentiments
Card: Crumb Cake & Very Vanilla
Inks: Soft Suede, Early Espresso & Bermuda Bay
Punches: Elegant Butterfly, 1 3/4" Circle, 2 3/8" Scallop Circle

Petal Parade make and take
Only one week left to get a freebie when you spend £45 and that includes the lovely stamp set used here.
Sorry again the pic isn't 100% - I am having some picture issues!
This is a card I did for make and takes at my first two Stampin' Up! parties last week.
The stamps are Petal Parade and I've used some of the current set of in-colours again - strawberry slush card/ink, coastal cabana & crisp cantaloupe.
The tag topper punch is used and layered with some whisper white which I've embossed with a new scalloped embossing folder. Label Love stamp set sentiment which is punched out with matching punch and layered on a baked brown sugar too.
Couple of sneaky strawberry slush banners added (free punch with sale-a-bration!) and 2 little butterflies with gems.
Some organza ribbon and a spot of twine to finish!
It wasn't until I layed out all the stamps and punches I realised how many things go in to a card - it certainly gives you a flavour for all the SU products.
