Party make and take

A very successful party last week with 12 lovely ladies, most of whom had a go at this make and take.

I wanted to do something a bit different so chose an easel card and wanted to demo the fab stamp set Wondrous Wreath.  This also comes with matching framelits but I didn't want to scare everyone so we just stamped the image on circles that I had pre-cut for everyone.
(I also took some samples cut using framelits of course as they do look good!).

The base card is pear pizzazz and each card had a different piece of paper to stick on the front from the Trim the Tree DSP pack featuring the colour Garden Green.

Full recipe of goodies:
Card: Whisper White, Pear Pizzazz, Real Red, Garden Green, Red Glimmer Paper
Ink: Pear Pizzazz, Garden Green, Real Red
Punches: Extra-Large Oval, Artisan Label, Ticket Duo Builder
Stamp sets: Wondrous Wreath, That's the Ticket
Filigree Frame embossing folder
Wondrous Wreath Framelits (for the bow)
Circle Framelits
Trim the Tree Designer Series Paper Stack

That's quite a list when you write it out!  All the ladies really liked the card though and a couple of non-stampers were very impressed with their efforts.

This is a side view of the card.
Don't forget you can earn free goodies if your party sales reach £150 or more!!

The stamp set is Flower Patch which is a fab photopolymer set which comes with matching framelits.

Sentiment from Label Love set and punched out with Artisan Label punch.
Some Hello Honey stitched satin ribbon and a touch of linen thread to finish.

Ink colours used:
Pumpkin Pie
Hello Honey
Wisteria Wonder
Elegant Eggplant
Pear Pizzazz
Mossy Meadow

Only another day left to stock up on card, ink & a few stamp sets at great prices!!

Mossy Meadow Flowers

Not the greatest picture (apols for that!) but this is one of the cards that I took as an option to Crafty Bunch last week - thanks to Jenny for this idea which I slightly simplified for card & stamp usage!!

The card just uses Mossy Meadow ink, card and ribbon for simplicity - so effective though.

Stamp sets used are:
Gorgeous Grunge
Petite Petals (with matching punch)
Label Love (with matching punch)

The artisan label punch used for the sentiment is on offer this week for only £10.69 instead of £14.25 - bargain!

Some gems to finish and a very quick card - try it in all the new in colours!!

Lovely Lace

Today's card is one I made all the components for when I went to Telford.  We weren't allowed to share at the time anyway because it had new product on it but I finally stuck it together today.

This is just a little notecard size again.  The embossed piece of sahara sand card is using a new folder called Lovely Lace - one of the items in my delivery from UPS tomorrow!!

The sentiment is also in a new set called Something to Say and punched out with the Artisan Label punch.

The ever popular Petite Petals used again and finished with a little ribbon and twine.
I will have to make time to preview some cards this week as I have to play with my goodies - it's very exciting.

Work of Art teaser

This card is in fact just a 4x4" card made from the new Blackberry Bliss card - I'll try not to make everything from it but I can't promise!

The paper is also from a new mini pad and the ribbon matches the new in colour Hello Honey.

I've used a new stamp set from my sneak peek purchase called Work of Art which has 11 stamps in.  I've used 6 on this card and just for fun I've used all 5 new in colour inks!!

The sentiment is punched out with the Artisan Label punch.

So many things to add to your 1st July wish list!

Petal Parade make and take

Only one week left to get a freebie when you spend £45 and that includes the lovely stamp set used here.

Sorry again the pic isn't 100% - I am having some picture issues!

This is a card I did for make and takes at my first two Stampin' Up! parties last week.

The stamps are Petal Parade and I've used some of the current set of in-colours again - strawberry slush card/ink, coastal cabana & crisp cantaloupe.

The tag topper punch is used and layered with some whisper white which I've embossed with a new scalloped embossing folder.  Label Love stamp set sentiment which is punched out with matching punch and layered on a baked brown sugar too.

Couple of sneaky strawberry slush banners added (free punch with sale-a-bration!) and 2 little butterflies with gems.

Some organza ribbon and a spot of twine to finish!

It wasn't until I layed out all the stamps and punches I realised how many things go in to a card - it certainly gives you a flavour for all the SU products.

Birthday Banners

A really good 'man' card today (in these colours anyway).

The colours used in this card are Soft Suede, Coastal Cabana & So Saffron.

The background stamp is 'Hardwood' and in the new seasonal catalogue.

The gorgeous little banners are stamped in all three colours and punched out with the matching punch.
The punch and stamp set are currently available separately, each as a freebie with a £45 order!!

The banners are placed on some linen thread for a line.

Sentiment from 'Label Love' and placed on some white organza ribbon that I have coloured with soft suede ink to tie in.

Freebies only available until 31st March!!!
