These are the team swaps I made for the Bloomin' Buds that went to Telford at the weekend.
They are a smaller version of something our lovely upline Jenny made earlier in the year.
I saw the little reminder pads in The Range a while ago and knew they were similar to some Stampin' Up! colours so I've covered some thick cardboard with Pool Party, Rich Razzleberry and Blushing Bride card to suit.
The stamp set used Butterfly Basics with an added Papillon Potpourri and Flower Shop (with matching punches!).
The clip has a magnet on the bike so they make a super present too.

Froggy loves you lots!
A couple of cards to catch up today.
Firstly, this one using the new DSP called Affectionately Yours:
I've picked out the colours of Watermelon Wonder, Daffodil Delight and Mint Macaron to stamp and punch some butterflies and I've added a sentiment from Cottage Greetings.
And then this rather cute chap is from a new hostess set called Love you Lots.
I've stamped him on Emerald Envy and cut him out and layered up with some DSP from the Playful Palette stack. The 'you' is in the same stamp set and I've used hearts from the confetti hearts punch to finish.
Using some Lots of Labels framelits I've layered everything on a notecard cut from Very Vanilla card stock.

A sunny day
Hopefully the lovely sunny weather will continue like the sun in this card!
I've used the stamp set Kinda Eclectic for this card and the colours Always Artichoke, Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze.
It also uses matching DSP, 2 butterfly punches and oval framelits.

In the Meadow spotlight
I am currently sharing a set of 3 cards on my Facebook page that were designed by the lovely Debi at our recent away weekend.
They use the set 'In the Meadow' and at first I thought they looked complicated but really enjoyed doing them and it was good to use some techniques that I don't usually favour!
There are 8 stamps in the set, these cards use some of them.
Debi also used sponging and the aqua brush which was very relaxing and I love the cards.
They are finished with some dazzling details too for a little bit of sparkle.

Pretty Petals cards
This is the link I promised the other day where I came across the giraffe made with the Pyramid pals set: https://uk.pinterest.com/pin/136374694944824195/https://uk.pinterest.com/pin/136374694944824195/
I did also make the fish as thought it was a great idea.
These are a couple of cards made using the Pretty Petals 6x6" Designer Series Paper Pack as it's on offer this week for £5.44 instead of £7.25. I'm not generally a very floral person but there are some super designs in it in lovely bright colours.
Again these are cards based on ones I've seen on Pinterest - I must try thinking for myself more.
The colours in the card on the left are Very Vanilla, Calypso Coral and Soft Suede.
The card on the right includes Mint Macaron and Pacific Point which I never would of thought of putting together. I've used some of the Botanical Blooms framelits in colours to match.
This pack provided a popular purchase at the party I did last week - not long left to get your freebie with a £45 spend.

Pyramid Cards
At our local club night last night I showed the ladies how to make pyramid cards.
This was chosen after seeing one of my Brussels swaps and thinking it was a bit different.
I've used one of the colour combos in the spring catalogue of Wisteria Wonder, Melon Mambo and Bermuda Bay.
This is one of the sides. I've used some paper from the Have a Cuppa DSP.
The sentiment is from Circle of Spring and I've layered it on punched circles to match.
This fab flower is made using the Friends & Flowers stamp set and Festive Flower Builder Punch - great to be able to use it for things other than poinsettias.
The final side has more DSP and some butterflies from Kinda Eclectic that have also been punched out.
They are rather fun for something different and think it went down well.

Club project
Sorry again for the lack of posts - JillsQuills has been rather busy, I hope to resume a more regular service next week!
Pop on over to JillsQuills to read about the upcoming Annual Display of Quilling.
This project was one Jenny kindly shared with us at downline last month and she gave me permission to use it for Crafty Bunch where I was asked to demo and do a make and take last week.
It's a super little wallet, something similar to one Jenny received on the recent incentive trip.
I made one in all the current in colours.
I chose the combo of Delightful Dijon and Tip Top Taupe though for everyone to make so there was no arguing!
This is inside all the wallets. There is an envelope and small 3x3" card.
I have used matching coloured envelope paper on one set but the others have plain envelope paper, some of which I have stamped to match the card.
Gorgeous Grunge is the stamp set used, Teeny Tiny Sentiments and Papillon Potpourri.
Two circles punches are used for the matching coloured ring on a small square which has been embossed with the Lovely Lace embossing folder. A little butterfly has also been stamped, punched and added with a matching itty bitty flower.
A washi label punch and magnets are used to close the wallet with some of the in colour lace on the spine.
The ladies all seemed to enjoy the project.

Butterfly Extravaganza
This card is mainly Stampin' Up! so I hope I can get away with adding it on here!
The card base and white embossed card here are actually Anna Marie card because this is a 7x7" card but the gorgeous images are all Stampin' Up!
I've used the in colours of Delightful Dijon, Mint Macaron, Tip Top Taupe and Old Olive.
All other products used:
Watercolor Wings stamp set
Wild About Flowers stamp set
Awesomely Artistic stamp set
Butterfly Basics stamp set
Project Life Cards & Labels Framelits
Butterflies Thinlits
Bold Butterfly Framelits
Extra-Large Oval Punch
Bitty Butterfly Punch
Brick Wall Embossing Folder
Vellum Cardstock
This is probably one of those cards that you don't want to add up all the products used - but I am really pleased with it for a special card.
I finished the butterflies with some rogue pearls too!

Telford Swaps
Back from a great day yesterday at the Stampin' Up! regional event in Telford - I went up on Friday, it's a bit of a way!!
We got to play with some new products and see cards made with some of the new kits and sets that are coming - they always look better in the flesh.
In case you haven't seen my crazy pictures on Facebook this is the Bloomin' Buds team that made it with 'Chris the super catalogue'!!
Chris works in SU HQ and has answered many queries for me so it was great to meet him 'for real' - even if he was a catalogue for the day - bless him.
More importantly, these are the swaps I made for the day.
They are all made from a 6" strip, cut to fit the tag topper punch and scored 4 times to make a little 'holder'.
I've used 4 of the 5 in colours for 2014-2016 and the stamp set Kinda Eclectic.
This is the front view also showing what each little gift contains.
This is the back view.
This is a side view when they were carrying their goodies!
I've added some of the matching in colour satin ribbon and some linen thread to finish them and a gem on the front butterflies - which of course were both punched out with matching punches.
I had 60 swaps so have now replaced these with 60 more super ideas which I will share next time.
Thanks for looking.

Card Challenge & Weekly Deals
Wow - there are some great weekly deals available this week.
Deco Label and Wonderful Wreath framelits are both £15.71 each instead of £20.95. This is a great saving and worth getting as they will be in the new catalogue ... and maybe with stamps to match ... so get them for a bargain while you can. I loved the Wreath framelit & the words that came with it (and not just for xmas) so it's great it's coming back.
The gift card envelope also has a good saving and there are a few other goodies.
This week Jenny gave us Buds a sketch to create a card from, this is mine:
It's quite a 'zingy' colour combo for me but I wanted to try some different colours.
I've used Daffodil Delight, Old Olive and Cajun Craze and just one stamp set which was 'Kinda Eclectic'. This does of course come with 2 matching butterfly punches!
I used the oval framelits to cut out and layer the sentiment.

Team Swaps
We had another lovely Bloomin' Buds meeting this week. Each month we are taking a card to swap with everyone else that goes, this was my card this month:
I chose the scrummy Blackberry Bliss for my card this time.
I've used Something Lacy for the background, sadly this stamp is only available until 2nd June, I love it.
I then cut some 1.5" squares and used the corner rounder punch on just 2 corners which gives a nice effect.
I sponged some ink round these 'squares' and added them to the card with dimensionals.
I've then stamped and punched some butterflies from Papillon Potpourri and the matching punches.
Happy Birthday from Teeny Tiny Sentiments and punched with Word Window and layered on Modern Label.
Ink prices are going up from 2nd June so if you've got a wish list and want to beat the increase let me know - some of our trusty consumables also have some increases if you want to add buffer to your stash. There are some reductions though and, of course, lots of new things we need!!!

Scrapbook Debut
Things have also got so crazy I've made my first scrapbook page!!
Similar to the cards on my previous post we all made a scrapbook page too for everyone else to also go home with.
This is the first time I had ventured in to scrapbooking and because I like things being a little fiddly I chose the Project Life pockets.
I chose to design my page so it could be used as a memento of our weekend away.
It went down really well.
The cards are all cut out using the Project Life cards & labels framelit set.
The white cards are stamped up using the Butterfly Basics set in Smoky Slate, Old Olive, Melon Mambo and a little Blackberry Bliss butterfly.
In the top right I've used the very aptly titled 'Hey There Buds' and stamped it on Melon Mambo and again on white to fussy cut some of the flowers to highlight them.
I've used the Spring Flowers embossing folder too and 'Buds' was cut out using the Little Letters thinlits. These letters were mounted on a punched circle and then on to a Blackberry Bliss pansy punch.
The bottom left panel has used a couple of the framelits from the On Film set. I printed everyone a little picture of where we stayed too as the frame looked sad with nothing to go in it.
So, I have a few pages to finish off but I will also have 12 other pages to show you when I have - a great start to my collection.

Butterfly make and take
A successful party this week for Andrea (& Gill!). This is the card I did for the make and take:
It uses the very gorgeous Butterfly Basics set again and the matching thinlit dies to cut out the large butterfly.
All the stamps come from the same set and I've used 3 ink colours - Rich Razzleberry, Smoky Slate and Old Olive.
The little butterfly has a matching punch (of course) and I've added some gems to the large butterfly.
The leaf pattern on the left hand side is from a piece of card which you can get free with a sale-a-bration purchase and is called Irresistibly Yours - a popular freebie this week and one that the catalogue really doesn't do justice to!

Papillon Potpourri sketch
Many apologies for going missing there - ran out of hours in the day last week but hopefully a little more on track now.
Today's card is my last minute entry to my downline sketch challenge - I'll get another one tomorrow.
I've used the full set of in colours for this one (glad we get them for another year!).
The embossing folder used is petals-a-plenty which won't be available from 1st July!
Other products used:
Designer Series Paper
Four You stamp set
Papillon Potpourri stamp set
Bitty butterfly punch
Elegant Butterfly punch
Pearl basic jewels
