Christmas again

Thanks to everyone that popped along to Yandles Handmade Craft Market last week - despite the slightly inclement weather which was a shame.

I then popped off to Snowdonia for the week and have actually had a week off crafting - just returning in time to make another Christmas card of the week!

This one is made with the Colourful Seasons bundle and another challenging colour combo of Pool Party, Calypso Coral, Night of Navy and Tranquil Tide.

I'll pop back with anything else that was missed last week and have an order going in on Monday 31st if anyone 'needs' anything!

New catalogue!!

Another fun packed technology week for different reasons!

I'll start with my most recent Facebook post which is to say that the new catalogue is now LIVE!!
I'll be introducing the new In Colours over the next few days - this is the first one, Lemon Lime Twist:

I'm rather a fan of this colour anyway so it's very exciting that it is a Stampin' Up! colour.

This card also features some of the new Designer Series Paper and the Daisy Delight stamp set and matching punch.

Then I had planned to share this card made with the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set anyway but the bee has become a rather more poignant feature in the last week or so:

And finally the last Christmas card of the week with my favourite Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set and matching punch:

Products that aren't retiring!

From out of the gloom of the retiring list come some projects using items that aren't retiring but are staying with us for another year!

Dapper Denim is staying with us for another year of course and so is the High Tide stamp set - this is another one of the projects I made, this time a little sticky note and pencil holder.

Everything on this tag is also staying (apart from the leaves - other leaves are available!!).

And for Christmas card of the week I've used Cookie Cutter Christmas again which will now be in the main catalogue for the next year.

Another Christmas catch up

Keeping up with blogging still isn't going very well!

Just to let you know the retiring list for all the current Stampin' Up! catalogues will be available Monday night (I will add a link on here asap).  If you want any of the retiring colours in card stock, ink pads, ink refills etc you really need to order them before this as I can guarantee they will be gone almost straight away - the colours retiring are Watermelon Wonder, Tip Top Taupe, Cucumber Crush, Delightful Dijon and Mint Macaron.

Other items will be available while stocks last so if there is something you've been holding out for bear this in mind!

As I've got behind again I'll do another Christmas card catch up.

This card uses some of the 'This Christmas' Speciality DSP.

A Night of Navy and Whisper White combo on this one with the Holly Jolly Greetings stamp set.

This is the latest featuring Mine Macaron which is a retiring colour and the Embellished Ornaments stamp set.

Another mini catch up.

I'll start with Christmas card of the week!  This week I've used the 'Reason for the Season' stamp set from the main catalogue and teamed it with the Oval Layering Framelits and the Stitched Shapes Framelits:

Then I did a close up on the 2 notecard options that the ladies made at the last party I did.

The little Crumb Cake cards are a great size and I've used the Avant Garden and Delicate Details SAB stamp sets:

This z-fold card uses the 'Party with Cake' and 'Cool Treats' stamp sets.

I'll be back next time with details of some new releases in the Sale-a-bration freebies!

Another catch up

Oh dear, because I haven't kept up with Facebook you didn't get to see last weeks Christmas card!

This card uses the Detailed Santa Thinlits which are still available to buy and ideal for a quick but very effective card.

Then there is another Beautiful You stamp in Flirty Flamingo which I have paper-pieced:

Followed by another egg box.  I have kept this one natural again (I will colour the next one) and added the Hey Chick stamps as promised.  This was the hostess gift for the party I did last week.

This is a card I've CASE'd from Pinterest which is credited to www.scrapinium.blogspot.com.
I loved the subtle colouring on it.  The base colours are Very Vanilla and Sahara Sand, the other products used are:

A Special Reason

A nice bright card today cased from a 'Juana Create' one I saw on Pinterest.

This uses the 'Special Reason' bundle which has 14 stamps in the set and 11 framelits.
I've seen lots of lovely combinations of the stamping and use of framelits.

I've used Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie and Cucumber Crush for the colours which also matches the ribbon.

A Teeny Tiny Sentiment and the Classic Label punch to cut it out.

Warmth and Cheer

A couple of cards using the Warmth and Cheer product suite today.

This card uses some of the 6"x6" Designer Series paper stack which has 48 double-sided sheets in and is currently only £4.50 instead of £9 until stocks run out - a bargain - let me know if you 'need' any.

I've used strips of it and cut the end with the Triple Banner Bunch and finished with some co-ordinating ribbon.

This card uses a stamp from the co-ordinating set and the lovely embossing folder.  The paper is used with the Bow Builder Punch for this card.

Telford Swaps

As you read this I shall be busy swapping at Stampin' Up! On Stage in Telford.

Blooms & Bliss paper profile

Fingers crossed some sort of normal service can be resumed.
I'll try and catch up in the next couple of days with any projects that will of been missed on here.

This card highlights some of the Blooms and Bliss Designer Series Paper and the Triple Banner Punch.

It's mounted on some Blushing Bride card (then thick Whisper White) and finished with some Rich Razzleberry ribbon from the winter catalogue.

Sentiment from Sprinkles of Life and punched out of course!

Needless to say this is one of the packs of paper that is on offer this month - buy 3 of the 12x12" packs included in the offer and get a 4th pack of your choice for free!

More Thoughtful Branches

I got a super 3D gift swap last week for my little chocolate box and I've used the same colours that Alison used for the picture frame I received for this birthday card:

Using the Thoughtful Branches again this card uses the colours Perfect Plum, Elegant Eggplant, Sweet Sugarplum, Old Olive & Soft Sky.

I am still loving this set and it is still currently only available until the end of August.

I have an order going in this week if you can't live without it!
