Envelope offers
As mentioned yesterday there are 2 some deals coming your way at the weekend.
The World Cardmaking Day deal includes a reduction on the Envelope Punch Board and the Envelope Paper which I've used here:
This is the smallest envelope you can make with it (I've used 3 different colour ways from the 2016-2018 colours) which is gift card size - so quick and easy to make.
And of course the board isn't just for envelopes so pop back tomorrow!

Reason for the Season
More inspiration from the annual catalogue today - don't forget there are lots of ideas and examples in there.
This Christmas set stayed in from last year and has been a little forgotten with the new seasonal catalogue coming out, it's called Reason for the Season.
I've used the Regals colour combo of Cherry Cobbler and Garden Green (with a teeny hint of Crushed Curry!).
The sentiment is from the same set and stamped with black memento, as is the image before I've stamped over it in colour.
I've also used:
Lots of Labels framelits
Festive Flower Builder punch
Project Life corner punch
Metal rimmed pearl
There are some good offers coming your way from 1st October too so keep watching!

Tidings of comfort and joy
And another idea we were given:
I've used some paper from the Presents and Pinecones Designer Series Paper which co-ordinates with the Christmas Pines stamp set and Pretty Pines thinlits which are also used.
A piece of Crumb Cake has been stamped with one of the stamps, the sentiment is also in the set and I've used Mint Macaron and Emerald Envy for this.
The leaves and bow are from the matching thinlits set.
Layering Circle thinlits and some Silky Taffeta ribbon in Cherry Cobbler to finish.

Jolly Moose
A very close 'CASE' today of a card Stampin' Up! gave us an idea to share:
The base is Cherry Cobbler card which I've embossed with the Festive embossing folder.
The DSP used is from the Presents and Pinecones 12x12 set.
The moose and his hat are from another fun set called Jolly Friends which has a few different faces, hats and scarves to play with. There is also a matching punch for some of the stamps in this set. Had to add a mini jingle bell as well!
I've stamped the moose once on Whisper White, then again on Crumb Cake and Smoky Slate to do a bit of paper-piecing.
I've also used the Banner Triple Punch and Christmas Greetings Thinlits.

More Cozy Critters
Apologies that I have kept my Facebook page updated this week but haven't managed to keep all the balls in the air after returning from my annual quilling expedition which will be updated on my sister blog (http://jillsquills.blogspot.co.uk) in the next day or so.
I have made a card with 2 more of the owls from last time though:
The branches and baubles are also in the Cozy Critters hostess set.
I've stamped the owls in Tip Top Taupe on matching card (maybe a little dark but got to try these things!), punched them out and stamped and cut out their eyes separately with Early Espresso ink.
The scarves are Real Red and Pool Party.
The background is overstamped in Soft Sky with a stamp from the Christmas Pines set which is also where the sentiment came from.

Cozy Critter
A little peak at this fab owl from a new hostess set called Cozy Critters.
I'll make a card soon with him on. The set is rather fun and has 10 stamps including the fox to go with the punch as this chap goes with the owl punch so if you have that already you're sure to want this!
Being a hostess set you do need to spend £150 either individually or from holding a party to get him but that can be done.

Eskimo!
Yet another stamp from the lovely Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set!
I've also used a bit of Candy Cane Lane DSP, both colours in the Candy Cane Lane Baker's Twine set and a couple of layered circle framelits.

Merriest Wishes
Another set today (yet again) that rather took my fancy in the new catalogue.
It's called Merriest Wishes and comes with a matching Merry Tags framelit dies set.
I've cut out a backing bauble in Mint Macaron and the front one three times - Whisper White for base, Crumb Cake for the deer and Emerald Envy for the trees.
Sentiment from the same set embossed with copper embossing powder.
Finished with Candy Cane Lane Baker's Twine, Mini Jingle Bell and some Mint Macaron ribbon from the new Ribbon Trio Pack.

Cable Knit Christmas
Another video from Stampin' Up! today showing the Cable Knit embossing folder. It's a new 'dynamic' folder for a deeper, dimensional embossed impression as used on my baby bear card the other day.

A Penguin for Christmas
I've had a play today with the Mini Treat Bag framelits and some of the new Christmas paper, this is the Presents and Pinecones DSP (there will be an offer in October on paper so save those pennies).
I've also snuck in a super little mini jingle bell for his hat which is in the new catalogue.
I've also used:
Cherry Cobbler Silky Taffeta ribbon
Metallic Foil Doily
Snow Place stamp set
Snow Friends Framelit dies
Time of Year stamp set

Santa
A quick post with another quick card today.
This card uses the Detailed Santa Thinlit die.
I've cut him out of Whisper White and layered on Real Red.
The stars are from an additional die in the set, as is the line at the bottom of the card which looks stamped but is a die.
There is a co-ordinating stamp but I have chosen to use Ho, Ho, Ho from the set 'O, What Fun', in the main catalogue. This is cut out with a Bunch of Banners framelit and layered in a cut out from the same die.

Christmas Tree Project
A Stampin' Up! video to share today (if you have time to watch over a cuppa) - the Forever Evergreen Project Kit which will make great Christmas displays or centrepieces for the entertaining table!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zeePSY0SQ-M
Really sorry I can't put the picture of the trees up at the moment but if you click on the video (even if you just watch a minute) you will see the lovely trees.

Peekaboo bear
So, in the interests of getting maximum use from a set of stamps todays card is very much like yesterdays but slightly different!
I've used the same bear from Cookie Cutter Christmas but this time in Marina Mist - doesn't he look cute?
The background is a super new embossing folder called Cable Knit Dynamic Textured Impressions, it's a much chunkier folder than usual to give a deeper impression.
Sentiment from Suite Sayings, cut out with the same framelit as the previous card and some linen thread used.

Beary Merry Christmas
A friend of the Santa, Reindeer & Gingerbread man featured recently is this little bear:
The punch also cuts him out and I've used the punch for his ears and bow tie too.
He's mounted on a circle which is sat on a lovely metallic foil doily.
The sentiment is also from the set Cookie Cutter Christmas, cut out with a framelit.
The design is mounted on a piece of Candy Cane Lane DSP - if you look closely the design is lots of little Christmas trees.
The card is finished with some white perfect accents and some gold baker's twine from the new catalogue.
I also didn't get time to add the card below yesterday which was another drape card with more lovely DSP:

Welcome Jenson
Before I start to share too many new Christmas goodies I have a baby card today:
It's another outing for Baby Bear, this time in Soft Sky and Night of Navy.
I've used the booties from Something for Baby stamped over the background of this A5 card and added some little punched hearts from the Confetti Hearts Border punch.
The letters are stamped with Letters for You and cut out with the matching framelits - rather impressive aren't they?
