You're always there for me ...

Another cutie from the Love you Lots hostess set today:

I've stamped the elephant and mouse with Basic Gray on Smoky Slate card and cut them out and 'paper pieced' on to the image which I've stamped on some Lots of Labels framelits.

The sentiment is also from the set and cut with a Mini Treat Bag Thinlit.

Sweet Sugarplum is the other colour used, along with some of the new in colour ribbon and white perfect accents.

Still one more cute animal in the set to come another day.

Tea-riffic

The current catalogues have some great samples in so this card is a CASE of one of them.

I think the sentiment is great and I can see me using it a lot.

Items used for this card were:
Bermuda Bay, Pool Party, Crushed Curry & Whisper White card
Basic Gray ink
Have a Cuppa Designer Series Paper Stack
Bermuda Bay 1/8" Stitched Ribbon
Have a Cuppa Embellishments
Cups & Kettle Framelit Dies
A Nice Cuppa stamp set
Updated Essentials template and Paper-Piercing tool

The stamp set and framelits come in a bundle for £34.75 - I'll preview some more of the framelits another time as there are 12 dies so there is lots to do with them.

You Can Create It!

This is the latest card I made for the You Can Create It challenge.

Because I was so busy playing I nearly forgot this challenge so also forgot to take a picture of the 'before'.  If you visit Teri's blog here though you can see the kit we got, then follow the link to Monica's blog to see the other cards made this month.

I can't believe the Christmas goodies are nearly gone and we are now planning new designs with the Spring catalogue (which I receive on Tuesday!!).

Supplies used on this card are:

Smoky Slate card
Lots of Labels Framelits
Updated Essentials Paper Piercing
Word Window Punch (sorry my watermark is hiding the word 'Christmas' on this!)
Holly Jolly Greetings (also used for the 'snow' background)
Peaceful Pines stamp set
Perfect Pines Framelits
Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper
Home for Christmas Enamel Dots
Smokey Slate Thick Baker's Twine
Mossy Meadow, Smoky Slate, Crushed Curry and Real Red ink

Thank you flowers

Apologies again as I meant to add a card before the weekend but got very distracted by our demo sneak peek at the new seasonal catalogue.  I'm a demo because I love the products anyway but the catalogue is fabulous - get saving the pennies!!

As promised in my last post I've used Wild about Flowers again but the full stamp so you can see some of the lovely foliage.  This card was CASED from Teri's Facebook page, she always has lovely cards and you can see many more here on her blog.

I've used different colours - still trying to be more adventurous which you can be as the Stampin' Up! colours go so well together.

For this card I've used Watermelon Wonder and Tip Top Taupe.  The light in the picture makes the Watermelon look a bit more orange than it really is but awful weather isn't great for photos!

I've used some paper from the in colour DSP stack and my new Lots of Labels framelits for the image, layer and the teeny sentiment.  The new updated Essentials paper piercing pack also includes these framelit shapes and adds a little something to the layer.  The Thank You is from Banner Banter.

Finished with some of the matching Dotted Lace Trim tied with a little thread from the white jute ribbon.
