Products that aren't retiring!

From out of the gloom of the retiring list come some projects using items that aren't retiring but are staying with us for another year!

Dapper Denim is staying with us for another year of course and so is the High Tide stamp set - this is another one of the projects I made, this time a little sticky note and pencil holder.

Everything on this tag is also staying (apart from the leaves - other leaves are available!!).

And for Christmas card of the week I've used Cookie Cutter Christmas again which will now be in the main catalogue for the next year.

Team Gifts

These are the team swaps I made for the Bloomin' Buds that went to Telford at the weekend.

They are a smaller version of something our lovely upline Jenny made earlier in the year.
I saw the little reminder pads in The Range a while ago and knew they were similar to some Stampin' Up! colours so I've covered some thick cardboard with Pool Party, Rich Razzleberry and Blushing Bride card to suit.

The stamp set used Butterfly Basics with an added Papillon Potpourri and Flower Shop (with matching punches!).

The clip has a magnet on the bike so they make a super present too.

Wedding Bears

My computer had a funny 5 when I tried posting yesterday - bless it!

This little picture frame has the lovely baby bears in again in a design we were shown at OnStage:

Another really great idea and an ideal gift.

And then a little Peekaboo Peach curvy keepsake.  I've used some of the Playful Palette DSP on 2 of the sides and a flower from the Flower Shop and Petite Petals stamp set - both punched out with matching punches of course.

Team Gifts

When we went to Telford last week 5 of the Bloomin' Buds met up from all over the country and we exchanged gifts.

This was mine:

The box is made from the envelope punch board and I've stamped over it with Awesomely Artistic.

The colours used are Tempting Turquoise, Pool Party, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight and Mossy Meadow.

I have also used:

Endless Birthday Wishes
Beautiful Bunch
Flower Shop
Petite Petals
Flower Fair Framelits
Punches: Petite Petals, Pansy, Fun Flower, Large Oval

Most importantly each box had a few Ferrero Rocher in them!

More Telford swaps

It was great to meet up with my upline Jenny and lots of the Bloomin' Buds in Telford last weekend.

As well as doing a shoebox swap we were tasked with making a 3D gift for the rest of the group - whatever we wanted, however simple or complicated we wanted to make it.

You can tell when I started browsing the internet for inspiration:

I just had to do these!!  The link for you to make them is here.

I chose this because it appealed to me and I thought it was different to making a box.  I also thought it seemed fairly straightforward - which it is - but making 15 took a small amount of time!!!

I stocked up with creme eggs before Easter to make sure I had some - they have been tempting my husband ever since!

Materials used:
Crushed Curry card & ink
Pumpkin Pie card
Elegant Eggplant ink
Whisper White & Black card
Pansy punch
1" square punch
1 1/4" circle punch
1 3/4" circle punch
3/8" circle punch
3/4" circle punch
Extra-large oval punch
Itty Bitty Banners stamp set & Framelits

This is what 15 look like:
Thanks to Amanda at the Craft Spa for the tutorial - I love them!

Flower Power

Another CASE'd card today I had to try!

Colours are Whisper White and Strawberry Slush.

The background paper is from the current In-Color Designer Series Paper Stack.

A Blossom punch has been used to make an aperture and pricked round with a template from the Occasions paper piercing pack.

A stamp from Flower Shop stamped in Strawberry Slush and punched out with matching stamp sits in the middle of the blossom aperture and is finished with an In-Color Boutique Detail in Crisp Cantaloupe.

Sentiment is from a hostess set called Banner Greetings and cut out with Banner Framelits.

What a lovely sunny weekend it has been.  Two days out watching bike races in the sun and a craft day today - can't share it all yet but some fun bits and pieces to come in the next couple of weeks.
