Isn’t it great? So glad I have that set already 🤣

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgAq3I75XsNYCGyJ-LswVM1xEG7MeRLA6tTgZltzAIR1oK_KTVuESsye300RNtgpBsPlMPmLTrlswXFKKF48vVVTuiomY9VUFbIz7DulI2aABgJbL8bXWBkcKUoA-qWr_AUWNnvy7ZYabc/s2048/A7B9F1EE-5647-4147-9D9B-489B5FE21E74.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; I used our Basic Black 6x8” Album (£9.25) which you can buy a Variety Pack of pocket pages for (£5.50).

As it happens both pages I have pictures of have 2 6x4” pockets in but there are 5 different designs which have a mixture of pages including 2x3” pockets too.

The front page uses strips of paper and ribbon from the Boho Indigo Product Medley. We were able to form a bubble after the first lockdown so we’ve tried to get out for air in places that weren’t too busy and have been really lucky with the weather so had some super days. In the ongoing trauma this album is a reminder of the lovely things we managed in a generally rubbish year.

I might actually of made some headway on returning to adding to my blog - just need to get people to keep checking on me again!!

I'll start with some event updates.

I'm very pleased to say I have a Coffee and Card session running at Westlands Entertainment Venue in Yeovil. This runs every few weeks - the next one is Saturday 23rd March. You can pop in anytime between 10.30am and 12.30pm to have a drink and make a card. I also have lots of inspiration each time and use different stamp sets and products/techniques at each session.

I'm also running another full day as per the poster below.

Any questions feel free to drop me a message or comment.

I have a new project, product or event news every day.

Apologies I still have issues with blog updating and haven't had time to get on top of it because I am busy crafting - I will one day.

What I can share this week is that I have 2 pieces of work in the Yeovil Creatives Exhibition at the Octagon Theatre in Yeovil from 18th June to 26th July.

One piece is a paper craft project using Stampin' Up products, the other is a quilled piece.
There is some super work by 15 of us so please do visit sometime if you can.

My separate quilling blog also hasn't been updated for a while but I am still doing talks, workshops and demos when asked so do visit this too for examples of what I have done in the past: http://jillsquills.blogspot.com.

If you do visit the exhibition see if you can guess how many quilled shapes are in my piece?

Thanks for popping by.
The colour refresh means that 13 colours will be leaving us (along with Archival Black & Basic Gray).
I'll be in the Lounge Bar Conservatory if you want to pop by between 10.30am and 12.30pm.
If you can't make this date more will be announced shortly.Jillhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10537227576240783573noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-535745330760037486.post-13703190924400358142018-01-24T22:27:00.001+00:002018-01-24T22:27:20.581+00:00Craft Day Event

I then popped off to Snowdonia for the week and have actually had a week off crafting - just returning in time to make another Christmas card of the week!

This one is made with the Colourful Seasons bundle and another challenging colour combo of Pool Party, Calypso Coral, Night of Navy and Tranquil Tide.

I'll pop back with anything else that was missed last week and have an order going in on Monday 31st if anyone 'needs' anything!
