This time the background is a piece of paper from a new 6" x 6" stack called Serene Scenery.
This piece was ideal for these boats.
I've used the stamp set Swirly Bird for the sun and boats and the matching Swirly Scribbles thinlits for the sea but hopefully you can see I have cut it out using 3 different colours (which are also in the paper) and inlaid the gaps with the different pieces. So much to be done with this die and this is just one in the set!
Colours used in the sea are Island Indigo, Bermuda Bay and Pool Party.
This is great and well worth the fiddle of inlaying the different colours - have to save all the little bits of 'waste' when using dies!!
